How do I stop getting emails from this?!?!

How do I stop getting emails from this?!?! I don't even have an account! I think I browsed some sounds once, but... Any help?

I've been fraudulently charged by SB. I have NO subscription with them, and out of the blue, a $149.00 "purchase" shows up. I've scoured my emails, looking for a single email from them, "confirming" some type of purchase, subscription, anything--and there is NOTHING. (I've looked, because as a business, we use a fair amount of stock images, which we buy from DepositPhotos, etc.; it's not inconceivable that i'd have signed up for some free offer, or something. But, NOTHING.) Whatever they're ...

don't be naive

They made the subscription renewal automatic. They have even raised the subscription to 150%. Without saying a word. This is really not fair. One more quite new issue. Now if you subscribe, you will only get the access to some low-quality pics and vectors (that kind of stuff you would download for free anywhere). It's not worth it. You can even check their facebook - no reviews (weird) and disabled rating. Probably afraid of their customers' experiences.

The product is a great product if you are needing stock footage, but the thing that I am most impressed with is the customer service! The people who helped handle my case were extremely helpful and provided excellent care.

You absolutely need this service!

I have found when I am looking for that one special AE file or B-Roll clip that I need, not only does Videoblocks deliver, they knock it out of the park! The yearly subscription is one hell of a good deal!!

I got a subscription and they advertise unlimited downloads but you still have to pay after subscription which they don't tell you after you already create a subscription.

Beware before you pay for the subscription, you will only be able to download certain videos wich you can find them for free as well, also the website has issues and there is no customer service, once you've paid the money your done, no way you can have them back.. this is a shame

Perfect for Music Videos

As a singer and songwriter, I like to create videos of my songs to post on YouTube and Facebook. Videoblocks allows me to find perfect images to accompany my songs, and allows me to so so at a price even an amateur musician like me can afford. The results are always excellent and the ease of the site is very much appreciated.
