Shady business practices. BEWARE!!

This might be an acceptable business to deal with if it weren't for their auto-renewal scam. I have never dealt with a company before that renews a subscription without sending an email in advance. In this day an age the only reason there could be for not doing this, is to catch people out. They're playing on the fact that most of us have quite a lot of these sorts of things to keep on top of and that almost all other businesses use fair practices, you don't expect a company like this to ...

I run a digital media department for a large school district in Santa Ana CA. I love Audioblocks. It just works. Easy interface and web tools help to search and organize the audio files we need and download them for use in our school district promotional videos, and more. I have been using the Audioblocks service for years and find everything to be excellent at a reasonable cost.

Fantastic Frustration!

Fantastic Frustration! I have no problem when asked to be honest. Through Video / Audioblocks I have been able to produce Motion Picture quality Music videos and Short features. Fantastic! Getting them to the right people. Frustrating! Some of my friends, and all my family think I’m making Cameron/Spielberg quality contributions with your help.. Deceptive billing & got stung big time

Deceptive billing & got stung big time Watch out if you are on a free trial. They will roll this over into a premium trial and keep charging you annually.

They'll bill you without consent and there's nothing you can do about it.

I did not sign a contract or intentionally sign up for the $149.00 subscription. Are their customer service representatives at Videoblocks allowed to put their customers on contracts they didn't sign up for, and then bill them without authorization? To potential customers: DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT INFORMATION!!!

THIS IS A SCAM! The name has changed, they take payments without authorisation, set up multiple accounts using your bank details all on an ''auto-renewal'' basis. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID! Quality of the images and video is sub-standard and service non-existent. The best advice you could take it to steer well clear. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. No refunds and the best service they can muster up is to type a generic ''sorry you are not happy, we always try to inform our customers etc etc''. ITS A ...

Zero Support ... promise but not comply

Too bad you do not keep what you promise ... I got in touch by email and they left me talking. Customer service is non-existant.

Haven't used this company in over a year. I canceled my subscription last year and now they just charged me $150 for their membership. Now I am having to deal with their horrible customer service team while working with my bank to get my money back. The worst part is now I am going to be late with my car payment due to all of this.
