Their customer service is very bad They take a long time to respond and then disappear No real follow up with you Their plans are not cheap, so I advise them to spend more money on real technical support

I've had nothing but a great experience with Storyblocks. I used to use a pretty decent amount of stock video footage for social media content creation and found Storyblocks to be an awesome resource for tons of videos. My work is in racial equity and there was a pretty decent amount of diverse people represented in their video collections too. While the billing seems to glitch sometimes and charge despite cancellation, they have an excellent customer service team and promptly remedy.
