Stampli has become our single entry point for all our invoices, prior to this we either had paper invoices that needed to be scanned and put it or everyone had to remember to notify the AP team to process those payments. The recognizing tool is a neat way to speed up the coding process and a safe way to ensure the correct information is being upoaded.

What do you like best about Stampli? Time saved in AP processing. Stampli streamlines the process of saving and attaching files. When AI is working properly, Stampli saves time and improves accuracy of data entry of bills.

What do you like best about Stampli? This app is so easy to use with no setup or in depth training required. We were skeptical about the fact that implementation was less than a day, but it was truly that fast and seamless. The AI is exactly what we needed for the AP Staff and Executive Team reviewing. Execs are hard to please and so far, this tool has received outstanding feedback from all.

What do you like best about Stampli? Stampli has many great features! My favorite is the variety of reports it has on the dashboard and also the many different ways to search in the advanced search bar. Very friendly and easy-to-use system that syncs directly with our ERP.

I also like the amazing speed in which the customer service reps answer any question you may have. I really like the look of the software as well, it is very modern looking, which makes you feel comfortable as you navigate through the software.

What do you like best about Stampli? The ability to track all invoices so I can quickly check if we have them, where they are in the approval process, and whether they are being disputed or rejected. This allows me to view all steps of the invoice process without having to reach out to other people. It also shows exactly where an invoice is being held up, so I can quickly pinpoint what I need to do to speed things up. I really like that Stampli catches if an invoice is posted twice.

What do you like best about Stampli? Stampli is a top of class approval system that is intuitive, easy to use, and integrates well with Net Suite. We have had an excellent response in rolling it out to various department heads. It only takes a 5-10 minute demo, and people start using it correctly right from the start. We have had good take up, and our team enjoys having access to historic invoices.

What do you like best about Stampli? I love how Stampli provides the ability for all (with the proper permissions) to see where each invoice is situated in the approval process. I also appreciate the ability to be able to search for invoices using different fields.
