"Stampli is an efficient and reliable way to process and track invoices."
What do you like best about Stampli? It is so easy to use! Stampli has a great advanced search option to search for invoices in multiple ways. I also love that when I search for a gl, all the gls that include the word I enter come up. I also like the new feature that the attachments are put as the last page of the invoice and can be opened and added to from there. Also, Stampli "remembers" what gls are commonly used and suggests them when entering invoices.

"Outstanding Interface with Sage Intacct"
What do you like best about Stampli? There is so much to like about Stampli - the simplicity, speed of transaction processing, interface with Sage Intacct and customer service are the best in the industry that I have ever seen. The approval process is also fast and efficient. The implementation (from first phone call/demo to fully implemented) took less than 48 hours and had zero issues! Our prior A/P provider constantly had issues and system outages...we will never go back.

"AP Processing Woes Are A Thing of The Past With Stampli!"
What do you like best about Stampli? We love everything about Stampli, from the ease of having our vendors email in new invoices and the program identifying which user each invoice should be handled by, to Billy The Bot auto-populating key fields that we require from each invoice. The entire process is amazing and has made AP Processing a breeze! Stampli is everything we hoped it would be, it has streamlined AP Processing and cut that time in half, if not more.

"Fairly easy to use as an approval tracker for invoices"
What do you like best about Stampli? My favorite feature so far is the fact that you can easily mass download invoice pdfs. That feature is AMAZING!! Super useful for audit backup because it contains the full approval audit trail. One wish I would have to add to it would be for the attachments to be downloaded with the invoices - if they did it would be the most perfect feature.

What do you like best about Stampli? Stampli is a great system for implementing an organized and efficient Accounts Payable and invoicing process. They have the ability to upload and save invoices which can be easily accessed and viewed at a later time.
