Also, the recognition aspect helps motivate people to answer with very clear, concise, and helpful answers. What do you like best about Stack Overflow for Teams? I like to have my own StackOverflow knowledge base for internal questions. What do you dislike about Stack Overflow for Teams? I haven't found anything I don't like so far. What problems is Stack Overflow for Teams solving and how is that benefiting you? Hot questions can be answered right away (by the right people). Also, new colleagues who have the same question can quickly look up the answer.

Easy of use, speed, immediacy, similarity to public StackOverflow platform What do you dislike about Stack Overflow for Teams? nothing bad, everything is great for the purpose What problems is Stack Overflow for Teams solving and how is that benefiting you? I can apply the Q/A pattern that works so well on Stackoverflow to many knowledge transfer needs Business users can find information on how the application works. What do you like best about Stack Overflow for Teams? SO is a website most developers visit at least a couple of times a week, if not daily.
