Also, the recognition aspect helps motivate people to answer with very clear, concise, and helpful answers. What do you like best about Stack Overflow for Teams? I like to have my own StackOverflow knowledge base for internal questions. What do you dislike about Stack Overflow for Teams? I haven't found anything I don't like so far. What problems is Stack Overflow for Teams solving and how is that benefiting you? Hot questions can be answered right away (by the right people). Also, new colleagues who have the same question can quickly look up the answer.
