We don't use this as a Q&A site so much as a repository for documentation. So the insistence on 'answering' is a bit tiresome. What do you like best about Stack Overflow for Teams? Stack Overflow for Teams is a very good tool, it combines the well-known Stack Overflow interface with an internal Q&A network. Being able to add co-workers to the questions for them to answer. What do you like best about Stack Overflow for Teams? StackOverflow has a straightforward UI which places emphasis on the question and answer, (the things you're really focused on).
