"Works like clockwork"
What do you like best about Squadcast? Has been extremely reliable. Each time something on our platform goes wrong, we get an immediate mail, and in 2 minutes, get a phone call. How awesome is that? Plus, I can quickly acknowledge the issue through phone itself. I've actually acknowledged an issue once while I was driving, on Android Auto. How cool is that?

"Best Incident Management Software"
What do you like best about Squadcast? Complete and simple interface, with several visualization options, the graphics bring helpful informations which facilitates the incident management and allows to generate metrics in an easy way. Integration with other tools is simple and agile, I don't need to spend hours trying to configure.

"It's simple to use and very efficient."
What do you like best about Squadcast? With our company, I like that it automatically assigns you to your designated time slot. Notifications are received easily and setup was simple. The menu is easy to go through as well. So far it's been one of the easiest tools we've used.
