What do you like best about Squadcast? Squacast is an Incident Management at cost effective pricing. We migrated from PagerDuty, because of the excessive prize/increase.

What do you like best about Squadcast? We get immediate alerts if there is some issue related to memory, disk, any services going down, so that we can quickly reach to those and fix the issue in a minimum due of time

"Monitoring and Alerting turned simple and efficient"
What do you like best about Squadcast? The best part is that it's a very simple tool. Initially, with other monitoring tools, only technical folks were handling the alerts. However, since Squadcast is easy and includes the "notes" and a few other sections, it is managed by Customer Success itself. If they see any issue, it's easy for them to reassign. Thus, it almost eliminated the L1 layer
