SpyFu is good company

SpyFu is a good company. I subscribed with them. However, I was unable to fully comprehend how to use their web portal. So, I unsubscribed the same day. They refunded me within a week without any hassle.

SpyFu can tell you much about your site and all those other sites that are getting results better than you!

Very poor initial experience. Far too expensive

After subscribing to their lowest plan to try it out I was given the option of spending 192 of my 200 credits to run a Recon Report. Now if I want to run any additional reports they want to charge a lot more. So, in a nutshell my first entire monthly expense allowed me to run ONE report...?? No thanks

BEEN TRYING FOR 5 DAYS FOR A RESPONSE

If anyone can tell me how the heck you can get someone from SpyFu to return my calls, to respond to my emails, to do something to communicate with me I'd be a happy camper. i tried the CHAT and no one is ever on....must be because I need to cancel my membership immediately....I signed up and the site was down all weekend long.....now I will have to do a FRAUD report thru my bank!

Great tools, confusing site and mixed up pricing policy

I had been a subscriber for a number of years on and off. One of the biggest bug bears was being in the UK and every page reload took me to the US data so I would constantly be having to change the drop down to UK.I was also given a discounted rate on returning and then somehow that membership was cancelled on an active payment method (not by me) and I was then only able to buy a much higher priced subscription.The site was sometimes problematic to use, but overall I believe the company ...

Good for PPC analyze

Don't like that there is no option to upload all keywords data. Not from PPC campaigns, but like from google keyword tool.

The Fastest customer support and ONLY straight forward answers.

I had recently purchased a one month subscription with spyfu and was looking for some very specific data that has been hard for me to find. The data that spyfu provided was the most extensive data list i had received since using such software. Unfortunately the specific data i needed was not showing up for me . I continued on looking for what i need through other methods. After a while i had forgotten that i set up a subscription with spyfu . I realized i was not gonna use the software ...

Great insight & data

I have been using SpyFu for the last 4 years, both the free and the paid versions, and I value the data available to me there. It provides great insight for my clients as they learn what their competitors are doing, and it also helps me keep an eye on my own competitors. I find it reasonably priced for a small agency like mine, and very user-friendly.
