What do you like best? Spyfu is consistently my "go to" tool when not only investigating the competition but also how we stack up against them. I find the SEO Keyword tools to be invaluable. What do you dislike? I wish the SEO Keywords would update more than once a month. It is hard to do detailed analysis when the data set is too static.
