"Love Sprout, but it's EXPENSIVE"

What do you like best about Sprout Social? I like that I can post to multiple accounts on the same platform at the same time. What do you dislike about Sprout Social?

Lures you in with a test for free, but you still have to enter your card number and of course you are promptly charged 99.95 dollars without any result or test. This is no way to win customers and no trust, I was so foresighted and blocked the card beforehand, as such offers usually lead to a debit even though a free test was promised in the advertising.

Pain in the ass to cancel, prices too high

As seems to be common practice nowadays, they make it a complicated pain in the ass to cancel. Claiming that it is so easy to do by simply clicking a "deactivate" button - but all that does is get an email sent to you to discuss the account with a "success team" member. I am so over companies pulling these tactics. They also raised the prices, making this a completely non-competitive option compared to similar products. Won't be coming back.

What do you like best about Sprout Social? I do like the user interface of the platform it is very user-friendly and easy for me to follow. I also like how it organizes everything neatly for all the brands I manage. I can easily hop between clients and publish content and create reports. In the publishing section, I like how there are various tools to optimize my post like the viral time tool which allows me to post at the perfect time for the maximum amount of traction, or the bitly tool ...
