The worst online service I've ever encountered. I signed up for the trial period. From the word GO, nothing worked on their site. None of their buttons worked. It didn't matter what I clicked on, nothing ever opened. I then cancelled. They confirmed cancellation, yet two months later, they charge my credit card $156! No service, no product. There were no instructions on how to start the trial, no response from 'Mike' who was the 'go to' for support; sorry, he responded more than a week ...

What do you like best about Sprout Social? Easy to use. Everything pretty self explanatory. I like the reporting section and that can make carousels on Instagram.

What do you like best about Sprout Social? I love the reports, they are really easy to understand and download and show a true picture of our social media and what we need action. I like the fact it can be integrated into Saleforces our CRM, which will save time and give us a holistic view of the customer.

I chose Sprout Social over the other platforms because of how far back they do their reporting. I also like how easy it is to copy posts to other channels and then tailor the copy to the platform.

What do you like best about Sprout Social? There are so many valuable features. I really like how customizable it is to suit individual needs. It evolves alongside the social media landscape.

What do you like best about Sprout Social? Excellent onboarding - wonderful customer support. Easy to get started - getting your accounts connected and start posting/scheduling. I was able to jump in and start using it right away - I definitely work with the product daily. The weekly snapshots are great to keep things top of mind and see where you're at.
