A Sprout fan for 12+ years

POOR SERVICE & HIGH PRICE. SCAM!!
We have been using Sprout Social for 3 years, but recently we have noticed two undesirable behaviours. The cost of the service is going up and the quality is going down. At the moment we are struggling to post meta on almost 90% of our scheduled posts. You can get a better service for a fraction of the cost

Overall I have loved their platform
Overall I have loved their platform. I do wish the account teams wouldn't switch so much, but I get that happens with companies like this. My team loves the ease of use, and ability to have everything in one place.
