What do you like best? The ability to customize the entire system taxonomy of each client environment by using custom fields and tagging. Custom fields for tagging have a number of use cases, and can prove highly valuable as ways of filtering performance and engagement data

What do you like best? I really like its ability to publish to various social media platforms and track user activity and sentiment on those platforms. Viewing the data through the calendar helps to simplify our organization of the data. The tagging feature is great for organizing data into relevant groups and topics. The overall layout of Sprinklr Core is neat and makes finding and sorting data easy. I like that we can customize the layout to suit our preferences.
