We switched to SpotOn about 4 months ago. Overall we have been pretty happy with everything. There have been a few hiccups in switching, some are just issues to be expected when making a big change and some were unexpected. Having the online portal has made it convenient to be able to get batches, run cards right from our desks, and refunding customers. Thanks to Lee Chassy, we were able to switch our credit card processing to a company that cares about our small business.
