This is a great service
This is a great service, or Rep Chris Monaghan does a great job taking care of the 1 small issue while we were learning and not Spoton problem, since then no problems for a year, as we use this in our food truck. Only complaint is the hand held is too hard to scroll through all the items to select and there should be an option to have a "Touch Pad" type screen to mount on the counter for a mobile unit application with out having to purchase a full expensive restaurant system. The entire process has been wonderful
The entire process has been wonderful. The Installer arrived at 5:00am and had us up and running by 7:00am. Then he and our sales rep stayed with us all day to train my staff and make any changes needed. Then my sales rep came back two more days and helped with back of house training. I can't say enough of how nice it was to have such a strong support system. I would highly recommend SpotOn.
