What do you like best about Spotler CRM (formerly Really Simple Systems)? We have found Custom Fields work well with dropdown etc. The Reports work (once you have mastered the filters. Also PDF reports fit well, and raw data comes out as CSV so can use Crystal Reports. Price is reasonable with the marketing package, so we get CRM and marketing for the price we were paying for just marketing. Perhaps the thing I like compared with some others is the screens are clean, it would be even better ...
