Scaling with Simplicity
What do you like best? Part of the problem with ECS is having to scale the instances along with your services. Spotinst abstract the instance scaling away from me so I only have to scale my services and they handle all my hardware scaling needs. Moreover, The fact that the instances are spot instances saves us a money. What do you dislike? The UI sometimes feels a bit clunky and the short logout period is quite annoying. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you ...

Saves a lot of money with no deterioration of service
What do you like best? Getting Elastic Beanstalk services running on SpotInst is simple and straightforward. The cost savings are huge and I've never noticed any worse performance from the services I've run on it. What do you dislike? Reconfiguring Elastic Beanstalk that's being managed by SpotInst has never worked well. I've always ended up with everything in a broken state that I can't seem to get working again, and every time I've just started from scratch with a new EBS ...

I am working with spotinst for 3 years now. In 2 different companies.
What do you like best? The support is very good. The ability to create cluster in several clicks. Much easier than AWS What do you dislike? 1. No grouping for elastigroups. For example QA vs Prod. Service A clusters vs service B etc... 2. No policy and credentials profiles - this is a big problem now days. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Most of our servers on spotinst
