Excellent remote software
What do you like best? There’s no lag like other programs we’ve used in the past. The screen is normal sized and not super small and fuzzy. What do you dislike? There is nothing that I dislike about the splashtop software What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to log in to both of our other locations to get much needed information in real time.

What do you like best? So easy to use, gives an exact replica of my work screen What do you dislike? Nothing really. Developer / Designer Remote Access
What do you like best? I own several headless Mac Minis and love using Splashtop to remotely access these systems. What do you dislike? I have no complaints when using the app. Initially, I did have a display issue on one of my systems but Splashtop sent me an update that resolved the issue perfectly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I’m a developer / designer and love the ability to work directly from my iPad Pro.

Super Easy and Very Affordable
What do you like best? Easy access, easy to switch between computers What do you dislike? Sometimes the screen is a little fuzzy and there is a slight delay What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Can access client's computers at any time, day or night. Allows me to work my own hours and not just during business hours.

I have had a remote in for years. When I switched to Splashtop, it was better and less expensive.
What do you like best? The most helpful thing is the how quickly the remote works in typing up documents. What do you dislike? I still have to sign, but it is not a problem Recommendations to others considering the product: Consider that is cost less and is efficient. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to log in both ways (home and work) and it is time saving and convenient.

A Forced Change Can Be Good
What do you like best? The reasonable and affordable cost as well as the seamless transition from gotomypc What do you dislike? I am forced to reset my remote screen resolution with each session. (Note: when I am actually in front of my host computer (not via remote), I use the highest resolution available. Just what I needed
What do you like best? All of the features that I had with my previous program, but for a much better price. I really like the ability to choose from printing on the printer at the office or my remote printer. What do you dislike? The size on the screen is a little small, even with the full screen function. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I was able to work from home while on maternity leave.

SPLASHTOP is SO very easy to use!

Splashtop Business Access
What do you like best? Former GotomyPC user. Remote access is just as quick for much less money. Customer support when needed has been very responsive. Happy I made the change. What do you dislike? I have been using the product for 2 months now. I have found nothing I have disliked. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Hipaa compliant communications with my billing service and remote access when I need it.
