What do you like best? I love that it was very easy to set up and start using immediately. I did not have to go back and forth with different passwords for different area's. What do you like best? This application is easy to use and clients do not need to install any software. The Splashtop SOS tool is a standalone .exe file that requires no install. What do you like best? It just works - it is very reliable which for us is the most important thing, maintaining machine availability is important What do you dislike? Easy installation, quick access and very affordable

What do you like best? It is so easy to work from home now. One icon click and I have a list of all the devices in my group. I select the one I want, and it's up and running in seconds. There isn't a confusing platform that I have to log on to, sort out, or provide a password to gain remote unattended access. For an additional $39 a year I was able to add my parents PC's. Easy to use and much cheaper than the competition!

What do you like best? I appreciate that Splashtop works as a remote access desktop along with file transfer support. Additionally I appreciate that using Splashtop on my iOS Tablet supports the use of a mouse to make it easier to work with my remote support activities. What do you like best? Reliable connection - even on low bandwidth links it performs well What do you dislike? Great app and excellent value

What do you like best? Splashtop has better features than LogMeIn and at a fraction of the price. Excellent service from support as well. What do you dislike? Nothing! I use it to access my clients computers to get their accounting data and fix any problems. Saves having to mess around with multiple versions of the one file.

Excellent remote software

What do you like best? There’s no lag like other programs we’ve used in the past. The screen is normal sized and not super small and fuzzy. What do you dislike?
