Spendesk or how to make your life easier

What do you like best? Both the platform and the mobile app are easy to handle, only a few clicks and your expenses are fully completed! What do you dislike? The reminder of a missing invoice, because I know that if one is missing it is not because I forgot to upload it but just because I don't have it yet! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I only use spendesk in order to pay online and with my spendesk card.

Easy to use and implement, massive time saved, friendly feel

What do you like best? Reporting on my company card's expenses has never been easier. I can submit an invoice via email, on the mobile phone or through the web app. I also use it to request payments to my suppliers and it is great to log in and see if the status has been received, approved, paid, etc. This has helped me own my budget with total independence and transparency. When I upload an invoice, Spendesk can read the amount, date, supplier, etc etc so I no longer hate reporting ...

What do you like best? The plateform and the app are super easy to handle. Easily readable with filters to check every expenses status (invoice received or missing). I also appreciate the reminders. What do you like best? Le fait de ne plus avoir à aller demander une carte bleue physique dès qu'on veut faire un achat, d'ensuite devoir récupérer le code envoyé sur le téléphone de la personne marquée comme contact... En espérant que la personne qui a la carte, et celle qui reçoit le code soient présentes dans les locaux... Et terminer par envoyer la facture au comptable.
