The easiest expense software I have ever used

What do you like best? Spendesk has an app that allows me to upload a picture of a receipt that I take with my phone, uses AI to pull the relevant data for the expense note (date, amount, vendor, etc) and then pings me when it's ready for me to review and submit for approval. It couldn't be any easier. What do you like best? The card works everywhere and so far never faced any issue using the card anywhere. They have a good customer support service which will make things easier whenever you need support or help. What do you dislike? Great experience. Easy to manage on a daily basis

What do you like best? I like best the ability to create a temporary digitalized credit card. I mostly value how fast I can upload my expenses. What do you dislike? I like it all. Keep on working like this. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I manage my expenses faster. Thanks to the automated detection I don't have to fill in the expenses content. I save time with every expense.

Great tool for expense reporting

What do you like best? Spendesk is very convenient to submit and monitor expense reports. Enter the amount, a provider, a description, upload your receipt and you're done! You then receive email notifications when the status of your report is updated. You can also request virtual payment cards to perform online purchases without having to pay it yourself and request a reimbursement later. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Spendesk makes all spenders autonomous and enables increased central traceability and control. The interface is very intuitive and easy to use. Good experience overall, i would like to get the push notification sooner

What do you like best? It is good to manage the expenditures through spendesk. I like the virtual cards, i like that i can request the approvals for some expenses. What do you dislike? I wamt the push notifications on the app to arrive earlier. Now i get them 5 mins after the payment, and at that point I leave the upload of the receipt for a later moment. Super easy and valuable service!

What do you like best? Spendesk is just nice because first its really really easy to use and super transparent. We have around 20 (maybe even more) employers with their own cards, every one with his/her own access to the dashboard. Everything gets tracked, you can see who paid where how much, you can upload invoices and this is how a modern finance department can make their life even easier.
