So far so good. Customer service excellent. Great app for somebody Who loves to read but just doesn’t have the time any more with Work and study.

I signed up for 3 day free trial

I signed up for 3 day free trial. I have tried many times to cancel it from day one or two but it is very difficult to do this successfully. I pressed cancel account and a couple of days later got a notice that my free trial was coming to an end …etc etc Idid not get any communication that my free trial was terminated or my account closed.

I cannot believe how fast my concerns…

I cannot believe how fast my concerns were addressed! If it was a real human, I am beyond impressed. If it was an AI response- still pretty amazed. Thank you guys. Though we can't do business together now, I will be watching and will do business with you as soon as I see the added functionality that I needed in the offering!

I am a new Speechify user. I recently returned to school after a nearly 30-year career. Speechify is helping me get through the voluminous reading assignments. I tried out the free trial then decided to invest in the app. On the heels of my free trial ending, I started having difficulty getting my links to work in the app. I contacted customer service. I tried the free trial but it was too pricey for the features

I tried the free trial but It automatically renewed my subscription, even though I canceled the free trial. I called phone support and got a person rather than a automated system! My support person, Mozzamil was very helpful and quickly refunded my account.
