Good customer service

Prompt, hassle free refund. I had done the trial and cancelled within the time allowed. Still charged for a yearly fee as a reminder email went to my spam folder. Reached out to them and was given a refund with no hassles. Thanks to Brandlee for a quick reply and resolution.

Listened to feedback and responded quickly and fairly to issues involving refunding cost despite refund policy. Appreciated the individual approach to customer service. Great product! No need for it any longer, but worth the money when I needed it.

Overall, I do love Speechify

Overall, I love speechify. There are some bugs, that I know the team are working to fix, but if you're willing to be patient then the service you get far outweighs any annoyance you might experience. Their support team is also incredibly helpful. In particular, Mozzamil was very informative, fast & polite.

Fast

The experience is fast, convenient, and remarkable. However, there are frequent system glitches that prevent me from using the premium features, consistently asking me to upgrade the word limit even though I am already a premium subscriber. I raise a ticket to address this, but it generally takes about five hours to fix due to the time difference, during which I have no access to the service I subscribed to. If it weren’t for this recurring issue, I would have given five stars.

Far from perfect, but still the best in the market

Some of the voices are really good, i use the same voice for like 1 year, still not tired of it. The PDF and photo reader IS good, but the removal of the numbers and footnotes do not work, it really drags the esperience down. The support team is really wonderfull, I never had been let down by them. Shout out to Nikki, helped me when my premmium voices stopped working.

Good morning, I would like to give props to the speechify team, especially Kristy, for respecting my wish to cancel my subscription and to give me a full refund. They were quick, percise and very polite. In the future I will definitely give speechify another shot.
