Well I wasn’t completely satisfied with the product quality so I requested a refund. Christian the customer service agent was great, very responsive which I really appreciated. Honestly his customer service gives me an open mind to try the product again, down the line, hopefully after a few bugs are fixed :)

Excellent Customer Service

I needed help with an order that I placed prematurely. Christian was extremely helpful and responsive. He took care of my problem immediately and far exceeded my expectations. I am extremely pleased with the Speechify customer service!

even though I had to suspend my account as I will be reinstating it after my hospitalization is over the customer Service was first rate it's part of the reason I will return to SPEECHIFY as I mentioned

Customer service

I sometimes have trouble reading, and being in university definitely affects that. The speechify helped me get through textbooks reading, notes etc,. Unfortunately I had to leave given it was too expensive for me, but I had the pleasure talking with Sofia about canceling my subscription and she was very polite and understanding. Huge thank you to her!!

Customer service is five stars

Rizzalyn in customer service was great--helpful and a pleasure to work with. I like Speechify for my purposes, and find the text-to-speech function a useful tool for editing.
