Anna in Support Misinformed Me, Card Charged Incorrectly …
In emails from Anna on your support team, she indicated my subscription would be flipped to an annual subscription, but I was just billed monthly again. I would like to reverse this charge and be billed for the year at $385. I'm confused, because what Anna indicated did not happen. Please let me know how you will correct this. I am very frustrated with your support right now.

It’s a miracle!
I am challenged by programs like this and Ann and Hartik were over the top in Answering my too many emails. The program is wonderful, as I get a lot older, mid 80’s, this kind of listening app can be very helpful and fun who else has SnoopDog reading my philosophy and theology books along my poetry, WOW!

Kristy went out of her way to make sure that I was taken care of. I appreciate everything she did for me. There were some billing discrepancies but she was able to take care of them for me and her communication was excellent
