Service is very helpful so far, though i hope other languages (e.g. german) will get more fine-tuning in the future. Had some issues with a discount that didnt process at the check-out but the customer support was super fast in responding and fixing the problem! I hope the app can support me in my studies!

Great service!
The service and tool itself is great. The customer service team is usually pretty responsive, and go above and beyond. Mike has been wonderful in assisting and general knowledge, even going as far as to change a PDF for me to work properly with the software.

I made a error in purchasing the subscription and need it to be reverted . Nikki helped me out on this in a moments' notice . She offered me a generous discount which i accepted due to app experience. Overall took a couple of days for the invoice to be reissued
