The Worst Customer Service Immaginable
When I first saw the cheesy ads for Speechify featuring founder Cliff I was fairly convinced this product was a scam. However, after seeing a number of YouTube productivity people I follow discuss Speechify and facing the pressures of college I decided to pay for the app. Looking for a deal I ended up buying a package that was essentially the free version advertised but I had to pay. Not easy to cancel monthly plan
It is horrendous that in this day and age you cannot cancel your membership in-app, and you have to contact an email address to cancel. Additionally the $30 a month is extortionate. Shame the product is so good, yet the pricing strategy is is so skewed to making you buy the annual membership.

EXACTLY what I needed!
Literally EXACTLY what I needed to read my scientific journals to me when my eyes are exhausted at the end of the day. Everyone who spends a lot of time on their computer reading NEEDS this!
