I wish i could give them zero! the worst app ever, I wanted to try the three days trial but you can not cancel your subscription. there is no contact information, no Customer support nothing. Don't try it. I prefer to use speech on my apple device instead of this useless app.

I haven't tried it and I already hate their constant social media ads, whose premise is proposterous. Plus I have ADHD and as one of the people their app is supposedly aimed at, I don't need their software to read my emails for me, thank you very much.

Cancellation is difficult.But I received a full refund.

They don't have a direct "unsubscribe" or cancellation method. And they charged me $139 for a brief trial use, but they did refund the full amount once I got in touch via their web-chat service. Rita helped me with that. I received the full refund, even though it took close to 4 weeks for me to get it back.

Unable to find a way to remove the widget from my phone. Deleted app but it’s still there in the way of everything! The app works well otherwise. Hang on, let me just move the widget so I can press enter without opening the app...again!!
