Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Really quick response times and offered solutions. There are some limitations to the way the app reads articles, specifically those broken into columns. Speechify has a crop function that is not very inherent to all users or easily seen on the desktop site (to my knowledge) but I was offered it as a solution. For once I felt that customer service was meant to help me.
