What do you like best about Spark Hire? The team at Sparkhire has been great with customer service & responsiveness. We use the platform primarily in our internal hiring process. What do you like best about Spark Hire? Very easy to use technology for us and the candidates. What do you dislike about Spark Hire? The platforms fit all of our needs. What do you like best about Spark Hire? Before Spark Hire we did phone screening interviews, which easily took 30 minutes or more per candidate to call and transcribe note. There was always a concern that the notes didn't accurately reflect the tone of the interview.
