What do you like best about Spark Hire? Very easy to use technology for us and the candidates. What do you dislike about Spark Hire? The platforms fit all of our needs. Can't think of anything that needs to change. What problems is Spark Hire solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Spark Hire? The one-way video interviews were an absolute gamechanger for our company. The one-way video interviews allow the candidate's profile to get off of the resume and come to life. The calendar invites have been a timesaver for us as well. What do you like best about Spark Hire? Before Spark Hire we did phone screening interviews, which easily took 30 minutes or more per candidate to call and transcribe note. There was always a concern that the notes didn't accurately reflect the tone of the interview. Now, with one-way screening interviews, multiple managers can see and hear the candidate and observe body language, tone, and their comfort level answering tough questions.
