What do you like best? Sparkhire is a solid platform that allows me to "interview" exponentially more candidates for initial interviews, and find the best people as quickly as possible. What do you like best? That it's a huge time saver. It really helps to be able to get a feel for a candidates demeanor, communication skills, and general cultural fit for a position before bringing them into the building for a face to face interview. What do you like best? It's wonderful to have potential candidates have the ability to do an interview at any hour of the day. It gives them the opportunity to take their time and put thought into the process. In the past it was always very difficult to lineup interviews or to be able to have somebody do an interview in person. What do you like best? How easy it is to use, we didn't need to explain to our collaborators how to use the platform since it was so intuitive. What do you dislike? That you are not allowed to share screen during live interviews and that in order to keep your information on the platform between recruiting processes you need to pay.
