Fast. Friendly interface. Worked great in Spanish.

It was easy to use and we got to learn and test about in class haha that's how good it was, although only a few times were mistakes but they were easy to fix within the site which is super convenient.

Great product

Great product. Great pricing plans. Easy to use.

Good transcripts but sometimes a ripoff

Had to pay double the price for an interview transcription because the system decided to transcribe an old interview which I did not need first, instead of a newer one the transcription of which I needed. This led me to waste money. Otherwise, in terms of the service, the transcription quality is good and able to recognise multiple English accents.
