I love Sonix
I love Sonix. Fast and accurate transcript in my own language, which is really not easy to find, rewards for referring the service to one's friends, and a whole array of other services, including automated translation, and subtitles, easy find & replace, shortcut keys, multiple exports, SEO-friendly media player, and other useful things. I sincerely recommend Sonix.

The tools inside the platform are…
The tools inside the platform are great. We use Thai as our local language and it can translate Thai too. However, the Thai vocab needs to be expanded. But this is already great.

No improvements over the last 2 years, the same recurrent errors are still there (Italian transcription).
I've been using Sonix for 2 years now for transcribing e-learning classes taught in Italian I then create the subtitles for. Overall, the transcription is good, and 2 years ago it was the best software around among those I could test. The reason of the 3 stars is that there has not been the minimum improvement over these 24 months, and being a paid service, not even cheap, one would expect the team is constantly working on improving the software and gathering feedback. Easy and helpful software
Easy and helpful software. I had to transcribe two calls in Hebrew and Sonix did 90% of the work for me. All I had to do is go over the text, add speakers and fix some words that were not clear. I worked with it for about 40 mins and it saved me hours. Amazing.
