What do you like best about N-able Take Control? We have been using solarwinds take control for years. Its strongest suits are staying connected even on slow internet connections and having a good set of tools while connected. My favorite tools are changing client resolution, keystroke forwarding, changing to RDP connection, and file transferring. when paired with the solarwinds dashboard and Agent, Take Control acts like a background tool that pops up when you need it. "A great experience for both technicians and end users"
What do you like best about N-able Take Control? Installation is perfect for the end users. Very simple setup and seamless integration! All the controls that you expect like file transfer, terminal window, WOL, multi-display compatibility, etc.. Solarwinds definitely makes the best service that we've utilized on Mac devices. There's nothing that compares to how easy it is for them to install.
