Full Featured RMM suite for MSPs
What do you like best? Excellent suite of tools, all managed under one dashboard: RMM, AV, Web Protection, Risk Intelligence, Patch Management, Application Control, Backup, and asset tracking What do you dislike? Everything where you need it
What do you like best? Great interface, everything is where it needs to be, easy to understand. We've had some problem getting started but I like the way everything looks. We are rolling out everything this month with our first customers. We have only been an MSP for 5 months. What do you dislike? Great platform for managing thousands of endpoints
What do you like best? The power of custom scripts and automation allows us to fulfill all services are clients require. What do you dislike? Data exporting and custom reporting are lacking. Search speed is excellent, but north pane filters lack custom, asset, and unique identifying data. What do you like best? Ease of use / onboarding. Integration with other Services and Products. What do you dislike? Nothing really. Interface is a little laggy but has been getting better. All the pieces you need
What do you like best? The RMM product is by the best MSP platform I have used. It has the pieces I need for my customers and they are always looking for ways to improve. They not only improve the existing offerings, but they also innovate and add new products continually. What do you dislike? There's really not much to dislike. What do you like best? Take control, Advanced Remote Background, and Checks What do you dislike? Ability to disable key security features like 2FA, session timeout, and IP whitelisting. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to serve our clients regardless of where we are and within a much shorter time window. We are able to be proactive and reactive to client needs prior to their knowledge of an issue.

pleasent expierence
What do you like best? The expierence was very straight forward very easy to use. If we ran into any issues Solarwinds support was always available to assist with any issues we were having. All and all I would defiantly recommend this product to other clients. We also like the many configured checks that can be added to any clients systems. This allows us to stay on top of all of the issues that can arise with failing harddrive or possible trojans that can be allowed in a user network. ...

Great Product
What do you like best? great product out of the box. super easy to ramp up new techs to use. What do you dislike? small issue with take control, i wish when you press the monitors it would pop up faster... usually have to press twice before it actually starts working. also wish there was a better MDM solution. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? giving my customers a great customers support experience
