I think the product itself is incredibly intuitive, and far ahead its competition as relates to the service providers that other gaming entities have historically used to carry out the KYC function. "Makes digital security much easier."

What do you like best about Socure? Berbix is great at maintaining personal information for the appropriate amount of time. What do you dislike about Socure? Occasionally, fake IDs do get through the system. What problems is Socure solving and how is that benefiting you? We are solving the issue of needing an increasing amount of cyber security.

What do you like best about Socure? I love that ID images are processed in a fast and easy fashion. We added the security of utilizing the scan bar on the IDs/DLs as well and it's been working out well. What do you dislike about Socure? I love the solution. Nothing to dislike. There is nothing that is wrong, bad or challenging about this product. Products like this are usually pretty pricey. I'm happy with this one. What do you like best about Socure? The scores are predictive and the product suite is evolving in the right direction. What do you like best about Socure? Socure has an easy to user platform that allowed me and my designer to design DocV very easily. It's "out of the box" software made it easy to align on designs with stakeholders What do you dislike about Socure? Allows us to spend more time helping the customers use the product and less time onboarding

What do you like best about Socure? The team at berbix has been really nice to work with. They're responsive to queries and bugs that we raise. What do you dislike about Socure? We haven't been able to set up much meaningful automation with the berbix integration so far. The most helpful things is the ability to be extremely accurate with facial recognition between the ID photo and the selfie provided What do you dislike about Socure? I think that the software it self could be retooled to be faster. Some occasions I do experience lag trying to use berbix What problems is Socure solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to quickly identify potential fraudster but comparing their ID to the selfie provided

What do you like best about Socure? Makes id verification simple and fast. Without this program my job would be very time consuming. What do you dislike about Socure? Sometimes it flags correct information and I have to manually verify information that is correct. What problems is Socure solving and how is that benefiting you? More productivity, faster online application times.
