What do you like best about Socure? Having a 3rd party tool to verify ID removes the liability from the company. What do you dislike about Socure? When a customer's ID is rejected, the tool does not have the ability to send them a new link automatically, it has to be done manually. What problems is Socure solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Socure? Through this we can easily find out any user record by using their ID's and I have never faced any issues with the implementation till now. What do you dislike about Socure? There is nothing to dislike as such now. But they can improve if users want to perform an action for bulk ID. What problems is Socure solving and how is that benefiting you? They are verifying Ids, and it has improved our identification feature.

What do you like best about Socure? Berbix is easy to use and very intuitive. It has yet to make a mistake in matching a customer's ID to their selfie photo. I can easily zoom in on pictures that are uploaded to confirm their identity. What do you dislike about Socure? At times I need to manually approve a customer's identity when the photo is taken from too far away or if it's slightly blurry. If the photo can be enlarged in these cases it would be clearer if it's a proper ID or not. What ...

Keeping compliant is the most significant benefit.

What do you like best about Socure? The pricing is very reasonable for early stage companies that need something quick and easy to plug into. The setup was quick and painless.
