I had the worse experience ever with Social Captain. They are truly the worse. I wanted to cancel my subscription within the 24h time tag they give you to change your mind and I did. But then, they didn't give me my money back. They have been lying to me and then ignoring me for 3 months straight. Did not function

Did not function. After 5 messages trying to get customer service to help and get this working, customer support responded after 2-3 days per time but did nothing. Asked for a refund. Did not yet receive.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

The account doesn't work... I've grown 0 new followers in over a month. They've charged me for the same account twice - when informing of a change of user NO ONE RESPONDS I contacted them almost two weeks ago and got NO RESPONSE - no one to help you Theres no contact email, address or phone.. just an intercom chat option. Bottom line - overpriced, uneffective and disappointing DO NOT RECOMEND

Like someone else said here, it's more like ZERO stars. I can't believe how horrible this site is. Nobody responds to your so-called "live chat" for 3 days even if you keep adding to it! You are signed in and you've entered your criteria and they've guaranteed new followers in an average of 1-3 hours. 3 days later in your so-called premium membership and not a 1. NOTHING. NO ONE RESPONDS -Worst customer service

Worst customer service , if they actual even have one bc I have been using they instant message and emailing them for 4 days now and no one responds.
