SCAM!
SCAM!I found this website on a couple of blogs and thought it was worth trying it. After signing up, I can first of all say that the website does not do what it is meant to do, and secondly that they have a non-existing customer service. I wanted to delete my account but it is not even possible.

Save your time and stay away.
I found Social Captian on a few blogs, so I decided to give them a go and start a trial. I had some difficulty connecting my Instagram account so I tried to chat with them, but only received what seemed like a bot response a few days later, which didn't even address the problem I contacted them about. However, I managed to connect my account myself but I realized that all my engagement was coming from India. And I only got a handful of followers. I wish I checked them out on Trust Pilot ...

Fraud/Thieves/Pirates - 3 complaints and cancellation requests - still charging my card
3 times I've complained to Social Captain, requesting cancellation of my account and a refund for the unauthorised money they've taken. Each time they've ignored my requests. If you're debating using Social Captain don't! They're pirates. Thieves. Fraudsters. Just look at the reviews.

Social Captain is completely fake
Social Captain took my money while the tool didn't work at all. Luckily I didn't use their more expensive subscriptions. Be aware that this platform is fake and only costs you money!

it didn't work..
it didn't work... was so rubbish! the chat feature doesn't ever go online to help... was a completely waste of cash! I am furious and was a total waste of time and money
