The first month was great
The first month was great, gained about 500 followers (mostly online stores but about 30% were real people). After using the services for a month Instagram started blocking suspending my ability to like comment or follow. Then Instagram would make me change my password. Every time I changed my password my Social captain account would be paused and I would have to put the new password into social captain. Is a FRAUD
Is a FRAUD. They show they have taken action like LIKING or COMMENTING on targeted accounts followers, but when you cross check on Instagram, those likes or comments as claimed are not actually showing. When we write to them on chat, we get a BOT autoresponder with limited choices and you can't frame your own query. On email, they haven't answered for a long They were prompt till you were to pay for subscription, but later EVAPORATE IN THE AIR AND DISAPPEAR. CLEAR SIGNS OF FRAUD.

I wish I had looked at these reviews first...
I wish I had looked at these reviews prior to starting a premium membership. I have experienced the same issues and I can't get a hold of anyone to get a refund within the 24 hours.

This company should be shut down
They sell you a program that doesn't work and provide ZERO customer service when trying to contact them / request a refund. It's a total scam as you can see by the dozens of people who have had the same problem. A total waste of money!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!

Terrible SCAM Service
Social Captain has been charging me for over 4 months even though I cancelled my subscription 4 months ago. Despite numerous emails, they still have not gotten back to me and not responded... To top it off, when I signed up, I gotten requests from all over the states to give access to the account I enrolled at Social Captain, and they have advised to accept these requests in order for them to be able to grow my account. This resulted in my account being COMPROMISED. I no longer have access ...
