HORRIBLE

I USED IT ONE TIME AND WORKED OK, THEN I PAYED AGAIN, AND RECEIVED NOTHING. NO NEW FOLLOWERS AND THE "LIVE ACTIVITY" MY ACCOUNT WAS DOING ACCORDING TO SOCIAL CAPTAIN WAS NOT REAL. THEY DIDN'T EVEN ANSWER MY COMPLAIN AND DIDN`T MAKE A REFUND AS I ASKED.

Paid for the service

Paid for the service, my instagram account got blocked. Social Captain said they would refund the money but its been 4 months and nothing. Do not subscribe to them!

IT'S A FRAUD

IT'S A FRAUD. I quit over a month ago, deleting even my credit card informations since the service was so bad, and i kept getting charged, till this day! They stole over 200 euros from me, and obviously their customer service never answered and refunded me. What they are doing is illegal. My bank thank god is reimbursing me and the only solution is to block my card.

Would've given 0 stars if possible Really really bad, takes your money and does nothing. The account I connected got banned within a few hours and I never got a reply on the mails I sent them. Don't burn your money there

I canceled my account and they…

I canceled my account and they continued to charge me for 6 months. What's worse, is I canceled my account because it couldn't connect to my Instagram so I wasn't even receiving any service. I contact support, but they never returned my email. Live chat never had anyone actually there either.

Total frauds

Total frauds, app doesn't work at all then they refuse to engage, reply or refund.. they simply don't exist they are stealing your money for nothing.. The police should be investigating them.

I’d give this piece of ***t service -5 stars if I could. They are committing fraud. No customer service exists AT ALL. And automated bot will be quick to give you an answer the first message you send, but after that, that’s it. Horrible ***t “company” made up of code and servers to collect your money as Discretely as possible. They have an option to temporarily suspend your subscription.
