I have been incredibly impressed with the pricing, features and support of SMTP2GO. I was a bit concerned that the support was only ticket based (no phone support but support got back to me right away when I had a very bad situation with a computer infected with a spamming malware. Another extremely nice feature is being able to send emails based upon a white listed ip address. We have been a customer of SMTP2GO for several years and have been consistently pleased and impressed with how easy their service is to use. We have had no problems and on the rare occasions when I have contacted customer service they have been immediately responsive. I recommend them highly. They provide a fast and complete portal service that gets around all the previous problem we were having with Comcast and AT&T. If a 10 Star rating were available I would be picking that.

Awesome Service and Support

Had a few intial questions regarding the service that SMTP2GO offers.Simply by using the live chat these questions was answered in what felt like seconds to me. I signed up, got my account running and within a couple of hours everything was setup and working 100%.In the meantime additional questions pertaining to the services offered was also addressed, with what feels the utmost VIP treatment. Absolutely fantastic support!

Absolutely fantastic support!I was having an issue getting my settings verified (because I was not doing it correctly and the support staff not only walked me through the steps, but corresponded with screenshots detailing exactly what I needed to do. The process couldn't have been any easier and the support staff could not be more knowledgeable or friendly! Definitely A+, 5 star support & service!

I liked the speed of their online chat and the patience of the person who was helping me (Teresa. Even though I was having connectivity issues she was patient until the end. She managed to help resolve the issue I had and also offered assistance on how to resolve the issue should I come across it in future.

I was looking for smtp relay service. Tried to use Sendgrid, Google's G suite and SendInBlue. Sendgrid lacks IP authentication, Google lacks usable statistics page, and SendInBlue lack user support.Found SMTP2GO by pure coincidence, and I'm simply bedazzled by user support and tehcnical features. Not to mention more than competitive pricing, Highly recomended! :D
