What works for us is the pricing model. We can A/B test using SMTP2GO at micro levels, refine what we're sending and scale without investing our whole budget up front. At a firm like ours, where there are many partners with good ideas, flexibility in how/when we scale a particular project is key.

I would highly recommend this service

I would highly recommend this service. For scanners/multi function devices, it is so much easier to use SMTP2GO for email authentication than it is to try and get them setup with gmail, office365, etc. Service is very reliable and support is great. Have used it for several years at several different businesses and works flawlessly every time.

The best solution for me...

After struggling with some equipment alert emails that I had originally intended to send through Office365 I stumbled upon SMTP2GO. In about ten minutes I had my alerts flowing exactly as I wanted with no further issues. I would recommend SMTP2GO to anyone who just needs a simple SMTP server for these type of emails.

Highly Recommended

SMTP2GO has eliminated errors and or blocked email messages by bypassing my ISP's internal SMTP servers and my mail hoster's servers. They were prone to blocking e-mails due to blacklisting IP address as possible scammers. The set was easy and the maintenance is minimal. The price is right.

Easy to set up and use. We send reminder emails to our customers every six weeks. Those notifications generate repeat business that helps our customers and ourselves. The list of email addresses that generate a "hard bounce back" help us keep our customer database up to date.

Solid Product

We rely heavily on email notifications. The notifications are crucial in maintaining our servers located throughout the US. We have been a SMTP2GO subscriber for 5 years and have never experienced blocked emails or services disruptions. Very solid product.

SMTP2GO is a bulletproof solution for us in assuring our emails arrive unimpeded. I would encounter SMTP black list errors for our domains at least 1 or 2 times per year, no matter what hosting service we used.For small / medium sized business, SMTP2GO is a great way to eliminate this concern entirely.

SMTP2GO has been fantastic

SMTP2GO has been fantastic! Our mail that is relayed through it runs without issue. The dashboard makes it easy to view trends in our mail as well as search for and find individual messages to troubleshoot issues. And to top it all off, the price is great! Our usage falls somewhere between two tiers of service, but the overages prices are so reasonable that there's no need to pay for more than we will use.
