We use SMTP2O for our ticketing…
We use SMTP2O for our ticketing confirmation emails to allow staff to easily track bounces and confirmations in case a customer says they did not receive the email. Pricing is great and we don't have to worry about our emails dropping in the customers spam box.

We had been handling our SMTP relay…
We had been handling our SMTP relay needs (scanners, copiers, voicemail to email devices, etc. However, it got to the point where it was not worth the effort to keep it in house. We initially switched to SendGrid, but were unhappy with their cost for what they were providing. A friend recommended SMTP2GO, which we feel fits the bill perfectly at a very reasonable price.

They have given me the best service…
They have given me the best service possible for my self hosted email server, hands down. The amount of features they offer is unparalleled compared to other SMTP Relay services in the same price range. If you haven't used SMTP2GO yet you need to give them a try.

Good for Emergency Alert Emails
SMTP2GO works well to deliver the services that you need provided. Their service gives us the great opportunity to monitor the systems we need to keep a careful eye on, and receive email alerts when the time comes.
