Highly recommended!

I use SMTP2GO to manage my emails to my subscribers. The service is reliable and has helped me monitor and improve open rates and engagement while also cutting back on the amount of time and work needed to handle my lists. The cost is reasonable and the support team always has my back. Highly recommended!

Reliable, seamless service

The company that I work for has been using SMTP2GO for nearly a decade now. SMTP2GO has never failed us working as our email server. This is exactly the kind of seamless service that you would expect out of an IT infrastructure provider.

Great product for the need to securely…

Great product for the need to securely and reliably deliver email. It just works! We've been running on it for many months, and particularly happy with the feature of sending using the most secure sender-authentication mechanisms ( DKIM, etc.

SMTP2GO is a reliable resource

SMTP2GO is a reliable resource. We use it to provide email capability to third party apps that we do not necessarily want inside our network, or for vendors who are not capable of providing for themselves. It has also been valuable as a bridge for older copiers to continue to work with the increasing security requirements of solutions such as Office365. I have never experienced downtime with the service, or had any issues that were not resolved within a few minutes. Overall a solid solution.

Better Than Amazing

Their service is better than amazing. They have never had an outage that I've observed. Any service changes were communicated effectively. They even reached out to me when I didn't make a necessary change. Their reporting is excellent. One time I had a billing issue and rather than shut the account down, they worked with me on getting the bill paid. Their customer service is great. I have a much better chance of not getting blacklisted now that we use SMTP2Go.

Service is basically set it and forget it

Customer support is very responsive if needed. Service is basically set it and forget it. I very seldom have to logon. User interface is very intuitive with great reports. Notifications prompt you if there is anything to be suspicious of. Highly recommend.
