Good service at a reasonable price

I've been a customer for just over three years now. Some of the clients in my web development/management business have e-mail deliverability issues and I needed an inexpensive way to provide SMTP services to them.I have found them to be very responsive the couple times when an issue has cropped up and the situations were promptly remedied.

Excellent Service

Great platform & business

Great platform to have emails of scanned documents send over the internet safely. As a small business, we were not quite sure if we can afford them, but their tailored plans fit every business's budget. We highly recommend them!

As an IT Pro

As an IT Pro, my team has deployed SMTP2GO at a multitude of companies. Typically we are using for sending of notification emails but also for MFPs and PBXs. Much easier and more reliable solution than using some email provider accounts. Reporting is a useful feature as well.

Frustrating to simple

SMTP2GO took the frustrating, complicated task of sending email messages from my server, and made it both straight-forward and easy to monitor. My emails no longer are randomly bounced, and I'm able to easily track the emails sent from my server. I also appreciated the 2FA and other security they have in place.

Definitely Recommend

We have used several SMTP clients and out of all of them, SMTP2GO has been the absolute best for reliability, and customer service. Every time we have a question they answer it so fast I almost think they are on our staff. Definitely would recommend them to anyone looking.

SMTP2GO rocks ! Makes setting up alerting so much easier with Devices that do not play with email settings. i use SMTP2Go for all my clients and rarely see any emails not getting through to my admins accounts. Thank you !
