The service itself is great. The customer support is wonderful. I've never seen any support team answering to costumers in like 20 min or less. Keep it up!

SMTP2GO is a no fuss email service
SMTP2GO is a no fuss email service. Quick to setup and easy to use with Node js. Well supported using the nodemailer npm module. Good try before you buy option. During the trial the rate of email delivery is throttled, but otherwise functionality is the same. Reasonably priced and would recommend.

Most flexible SMTP I have found
After exceeding our hosting service’s capacity for email, we tried a number of companies. They all had limitations such as number of messages per hour, or per user per day. SMTP2GO just works. Since we switched to SMTP2GO we haven’t looked back.

Deliver your email with the Royal treatment!
I have been using SMTP2GO for years now and cannot imagine our business operating successfully without them. From excellent delivery statistics to 100% email open tracking to compliance with spam rules - SMTP2GO is the backbone of our messaging. We've consistently upgraded our plan to include more sends as our reliance on this service has increased. Very easy to use, setup, and manage.

Wow the service is amazing!
Wow the service is amazing! Its refreshing in this day and age to get support via phone even to help set up a free plan. I have had trouble with Many other smtp services but SMTP2GO was easy and was set up in minutes and backed up by excellent personal service , Thanks Rick and the SMTP2GO team.

So far so good
After using a number of ESPs, SMTP2Go is still the most consistent one, never failed to deliver and with good performance. I'm still using the shared IP address without having spam issues. This shows a great deal of the effort they put in to ensure reliability. Not the cheapest, but reasonable at the volume I'm using. Customer service is also responsive. The area they can improve on is the api which is still pretty basic.
