What do you like best about SmartTask? The support is amazing. There is a live chat and there is always someone available to help. They are friendly and go out of their way to explain things and find solutions for your specific and unique needs.

"One of the best task management tools I've tried"
What do you like best about SmartTask? Our sales process used to be a bit all over the place before we tried out SmartTask. I love the CRM but I'm also a big fan of the analytics which are a necessity to track a sales process successfully.

"My Experience using Smart Task"
What do you like best about SmartTask? Ease of use, simple user interface but powerful functionality to manage projects and your team. The support team is very reponsive and are open to product feature requests. When I had a question about the usage of the software I was offered a full product demo by Chandrak Bhatt one of the support team whom I found to be very patient, kind and knowledgable.

"A great replacement for Asana and Click up"
What do you like best about SmartTask? Their customer support is top-notch. They reply almost as soon as you are done with your question. They have website chat and they also provide free training and onboarding for customers. Very much impressed by the level of support they provide Medium-sized teams like ours.

What do you like best about SmartTask? The CRM part I loved the most - that I can listen to all my call recordings there and also get sales analytics. Recurring tasks also plays a vital role.

What do you like best about SmartTask? Powerful project management application with good features set. The flexibility of different views (board/kanban, list, timeline/gantt, etc.), tagging, attachments, comments, etc. make it very useful for a variety of purposes. I like how tasks can be shared across different projects.
